At Global Minds India, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services and a positive experience to all our students and partners. However, we acknowledge that, on occasion, our services may not meet individual expectations. In such instances, refunds may be considered following a thorough review of the concerns raised. If a refund is not feasible, we may offer alternative services as compensation to ensure that our clients receive appropriate value for their investment.

1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of payment.
- The course or service must have been purchased directly from Global Minds India.
- Parents or authorised guardians who have made payments on behalf of students will also be considered eligible to apply for refunds.
2. Valid Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be considered in the following scenarios:
- If a student purchases a full course and is not granted access within 8 days of payment.
- The student must use correct login credentials.
- The student must have attempted to coordinate with our support team before the 8-day window closes.
- If the student has paid more than the course fee listed on our official website, the excess amount will be refunded.
- If four or more consecutive sessions are cancelled by the instructor without any prior notice or official communication (via WhatsApp or Email).
3. Alternate Resolutions (Other than Refunds)
In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:
- Adjustment of the paid amount towards any other available service or course.
- This will be applicable only if:
- The concern is found to be genuine and valid by our team.
- The issue is determined to be fair and reasonable for both parties involved.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- If partial payment was made and access was revoked due to non-payment of the full course fee.
- For 1:1 sessions, if a cancellation is made due to an emergency and prior notice is given within 24 hours.
- If only a token amount has been paid towards a course.
- For self-paced courses, if access issues arise due to use of mobile or tablet (these courses require a laptop/desktop).
5. Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved, it may take up to 7 working days from the date of confirmation to be processed and credited to the original payment method.
